"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. "What a pleasant surprise ! I truly enjoyed my stay here and in fact, I have extended my stay and remain here as I write this review. First it seems to be a more pedestrian, bargain and perhaps more of a business hotel given how it runs slightly different in comparing to a traditional 4-star hotel, turned out the overall environment is quite clean and given the fact it’s only opened about 3 years ago in a newly built 28-story building. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I enjoy the small but non cluttered gym, coffee/teas offered in te common area and the pay-per-use laundry facility is quite practical. Here has become one of my new fave when-in-Taipei."
