"Our recent stay was an absolute highlight of our trip. Arriving on an extremely early flight after a demanding work week, we were exhausted—but the front desk staff, especially Demi, greeted us with incredible warmth, patience, and genuine empathy.
Demi’s professional care and thoughtful attentiveness made a world of difference to our journey, allowing us to rest, refresh, and stay completely on schedule for our evening plans. The hotel itself is immaculate, incredibly quiet, clean and conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the terminal. The breakfast spread was fresh, high quality, and provided a peaceful start to our morning.
A heartfelt thank you to Demi and the team for their outstanding service and human warmth. We will certainly choose this hotel every time we fly through Hangzhou!"
