We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. Our room was also well equipped with the basic necessities and made it easy to prepare meals in the room if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean and modern room, very solidly built! Easy walk to train station, food, and shopping, but in a quiet part of town. The host/proprietor shared a lot of good information on local hiking options and town history. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay for a week. Bread delivered to order every morning was also very good. It was nice to see the Matterhorn. It was also nice to see the stars in the night sky clearly. Everything was great and nice. I think I made a good choice of accommodation.

This is an amazing place to Stay, we rented a 2 bedroom unit, it gad everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The best past is you can see matterhorn from your bedroom. The other impressive point is its entrance, from the road u need to rake a tunnel about 50 mts , and then an elevator which was dug through the hard rock, and reach rhe units thats built on top of a mountain, it makes a great first impression on you, i will stay here again next time i visit zermatt

Het appartement was schoon en van goede kwaliteit. Voor een verblijf van een kleine week is het aan de kleine kant. Het terras was ook niet echt privé. Internet is goed. De tunnel die naar het appartement leidt is vrij koud. Voor ons was de ligging prima; een klein kwartiertje lopen vanaf het station. De omgeving is prachtig.

Facilities are great but …

The apartment was clean and new. But the service was not great. We asked to raise the room temperature as the room was quite cold and our daughter was feeling a bit ill. But it didn’t change for rest of our stay. Or worse, the heater at the bathroom got turned off next day. We were never asked how the room is or no communication from the staff, and there is no way we know the room temperature as there is no control panel.. Service needs to be improved :(

Great location. Cant go wrong.

Really a very nice apartment with a good view of the Matterhorn. I thought apt 6 was on 3rd floor so was a little disappointed when we realised it was on first so view of mountain was a bit obstruted by property in front but that was my fault not double checking in advance.

Our stay was amazing. Great location. Very close to (approximately 5-min walk) Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, it would be the perfect stay if you ski. The apartment itself is cozy and lovely. The balcony and the view is unbeatable. HEAVEN. Would definitely recommend to everyone. THE BEST STAY EVER!

We appreciate the apartment so much.

We stayed 5 nights. Our room was so amazing. It was cleanness and there were a nice kitchen, microwave oven and washing machine. The bathroom was also the best. The master was so friendly.
