「Clean and friendly staff!」

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」

「Great staff and comfortable room, slept really well, quiet. Ideal central location, right next to republic square and all the shops and pedestrianised area. Bus from airport stops just 5 min walk away. I dont think it could have been better. Breakfast good selection of items to set you up for the day. Did find bathroom was a bit dirtier than would have liked with hairs in toilet, sink, bidet etc when arrived, but after one night it was cleaner and new towels each day etc. Lovely views from room...

「Our room’s air conditioning was not working and hotel was aware as they had an issue the night before. I went down to reception and asked for help. Front desk person was busy and asked me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and went back downstairs. It was as if I was asking for the first time. Someone finally came with us and explained the room had an issue. We changed room at 11:30 pm. The male employee was very helpful. The hotel is nice. Hallways were warm. It has a central location. ...

「The Bristol was a wonderful experience for us. We had the superior deluxe room which was a very nice size. The shower was fantastic after a long international flight from the states. Excellent pressure and temperature. The hotel was very luxurious. The staff was amazing from the bell staff, front desk, waiters etc… they all made an effort to help us tremendously and all knew our names. The food was excellent from breakfast to dining experience and the dining courtyard had music nights on...

「Helaas wordt er verbouwd naast het hotel. (trambaan) en zelfs in het weekend! Wij waren er vrijdag op zaterdag. Daarnaast staat het hotel in een uithoek en is het interieur enorm verouderd en staat de tijd stil. Wel ruime kamers maar enorm gedateerd. Er was een gat in de muur naast het bed. En de doucheruimte zag er zo beschimmeld uit dat wij die dag maar een keer oversloegen. Matig ontbijt. Op bovenste etage. Wel mooi uitzicht」

「On arrival the very friendly receptionist got my stay off to a great start. However, then came breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no coffee, they shrugged and said they had run out. On Monday morning, exactly the same thing, staff again shrugged and couldn’t care less. On Tuesday morning finally coffee was available. Breakfast without coffee just isn’t on.」
