「First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. 「The unit was a lot less clean than anticipated (e.g floor and surfaces didn't seem cleaned/wiped down). There were also lots of things that looked like they needed replacing or at least some maintenance. For example the the dish rack could use a proper clean (it was showing signs of mould) or all together replaced. There was an old sponge and washcloth in the kitchen that could have been replaced.
