「Clean and friendly staff!」

「This property has a great location if you want to stay central and the food during breakfast is good. What is very disappointing is the staff. There was no assistance by anyone when I arrived around 5pm. I would understand if I had come in the middle of the night but I came at the decent time and receptionist offered to help only after I already brought in all my luggage. He passed by as I was entering and just walked off. I stayed here for or 5 nights and my room was not cleaned even once,...

「Wonderful location, good breakfast buffet. The rooms were somewhat dated but the bathroom was modern and functional. Not easy acres with suitcases. The street is pedestrian.」

「Breakfast and food were exceptional with very attentive staff who never forgot how I like my cappuccino. The restaurant on the 7th floor is superb with great, fusion-food menu and excellent choice of wine. 」

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」

「I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of a couple of policies that didn’t sit well with me. They don’t allow outside food in the rooms, which I found surprising. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and had never come across that rule before. I even had to look it up to confirm it’s a thing. For me, it takes away some comfort, as I don’t always want to rely on the hotel restaurant when I’m hungry. Also worth noting for anyone considering a massage: not all treatments...

「We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Republic Square, in the heart of the action. There was construction going on so the entrance was hard to find, signage was poor. The hotel needs to give a heads up to how to get to the hotel. We were also there during Marathon Weekend - very fun for all of the activity, the start/finish line right out our hotel window. The room was good, plenty of space, we like the safe/fridge. The young lady at the front desk was VERY helpful at check-in...
