「Lovely」

「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。」

「Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.」

「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night. The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up. The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning. No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....

「Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.」

「我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。」

「飯店後方海灘景色漂亮，櫃臺人員很親切，早餐跟晚餐雖然簡單，但吃飽沒問題哦！飯店內沒有電梯，需是手扛行李上樓，不過歐洲很多飯店都是沒電梯的，習慣就好！」
