「Very nice room」

「Spacious but interior quite old which both door of the toilet is broken and couldn't be locked even after we changed room, and need to bare in mind the traffic as downtown is seriously congested which means it usually take over 3-4 hours to reach to/from airport」

「전체적으로 만족은 하나 화장실 변기솔이 없고 청소가 깔끔히 되지는 않았습니다.」

「夜遅いと風呂にお湯が出ない」

「Will not recommed this hotel. Though they are rated 4 stars but the service standard and facility is below 3 star」

「Good」

The third night, they did something to the water pressure and the temperature kept changing from lukewarm to cold. I waited an hour for the staff to change it back but it became hot to cold. It did not improve the fourth night. I hope they didn't do this just to be thrifty because it really ruins a tourist’s experience. More training should be given to front desk to...
