In general the hotel is disgusting. The rooms are big, but they smell terribly. Even when you get a non-smoking room, the smell is unbearable, the entire hotel smells like an ashtray. The carpet is sticky and everything is old. Toilet was leaking. The dirt is already ground into every surface. The room comes with a small kitchen are but no pans or pots are provided. Also there are no outlets in the kitchen to connect the stove and kettle so they are useless.

The WiFi connection is very weak and drops the connection Al the time. The remote control for the tv is missing a battery. A positive thing is that the employees are friendly, but it would help if more employees speak English. Another positive thing is that there is a CU shop directly connected to the lobby of the hotel.

Do not believe the lies that this hotel publicizes about its services. There is NO fitness center. It has not been functional for years. There is NO continental breakfast. They serve you whatever they want for the day you're there and there are no options. None of the staff speaks English. You're on your own if you need to speak to anyone about the issues because no one will understand, care of communicate with you. I don't even understand how one can operate a hotel with no one on staff speaking English!

UB호텔 Very Good!

Hotellet fra helvete

Bestilte rom via hotels. Com. Com

Don't stay here

This hotel advertised an on-site restaurant and business office. Both were closed, making it very inconvenient for a business traveler. The staff did not speak English, so it was very difficult to get assistance with anything. Rooms were not kept clean, my room was not vacuumed for 14 days! Breakfast was tuna fish with corn sandwich, just awful. Coffee in the room was sugared packets with fake cream powder, again just awful. The worst part was the smoke smell the entire time. The bath was unsafe, the tub was very high to climb into and out of. Definitely a hazard. I wanted to leave early and asked for a refund for the nights not used. Hotel management said they couldn't give me a refund. Basically the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

Nice hotel, a bit outside of the city centre

it was very good, because we had a special deal from ebookers with a very attractive price. if you have to pay the normal price, I think it is just an ordinary business hotel
