「The porter was excellent in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. There's no lift. The first two nights shower was excellent. The third night, they did something to the water pressure and the temperature kept changing from lukewarm to cold. I waited an hour for the staff to change it back but it became hot to cold. It did not improve the fourth night. I hope they didn't do this just to be thrifty because it really ruins a tourist’s experience. More training should be given to front desk to...

「The pod was kept clean and the amenities near the hotel were easy to access.」

「I am at the owners upon check-in. Originally, I was the only person in the entire hostel. The owner check that I was comfortable and was very sweet. Even when I was leaving, she was checking if I needed help and was checking that I ate something. The owners clearly take pride and taking care of their property. I don’t normally love staying in hostels, I have had too many experiences where they are not clean, etc. The sheets and bedding were fresh and comfortable, which I really appreciated and...

「Hotel is very well located, near many restaurants and shops. It is about 20 min walk from Sukhbaatar Square. The room and hotel were very clean and fairly new. Buffet style with lots of choices, but the food had been sitting there for a while and was all soggy. We didn’t go back for breakfast for the rest of the trip even if it was included. Since the hotel is on a passing street, there is...

「酒店地理位置優越，但非常嘈吵，因為隔音設備非常差，每晚去到凌晨兩三點，仍聽到街上酒bar音樂表演，員工態度亦不太友善。」

「Generally clean and well equipped 」

「夜遅いと風呂にお湯が出ない」

「Very nice room」

「Spacious but interior quite old which both door of the toilet is broken and couldn't be locked even after we changed room, and need to bare in mind the traffic as downtown is seriously congested which means it usually take over 3-4 hours to reach to/from airport」

「전체적으로 만족은 하나 화장실 변기솔이 없고 청소가 깔끔히 되지는 않았습니다.」
