「The porter was excellent in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. There's no lift. The first two nights shower was excellent. The third night, they did something to the water pressure and the temperature kept changing from lukewarm to cold. I waited an hour for the staff to change it back but it became hot to cold. It did not improve the fourth night. I hope they didn't do this just to be thrifty because it really ruins a tourist’s experience. More training should be given to front desk to...

「좋던데?」

「Hotels facility is good, but the room is too tiny to fit our suitcases. We have an early flight in the morning, so didn’t have a chance for breakfast.」

「I am at the owners upon check-in. Originally, I was the only person in the entire hostel. The owner check that I was comfortable and was very sweet. Even when I was leaving, she was checking if I needed help and was checking that I ate something. The owners clearly take pride and taking care of their property. Buffet style with lots of choices, but the food had been sitting there for a while and was all soggy. We didn’t go back for breakfast for the rest of the trip even if it was included. Since the hotel is on a passing street, there is...

「酒店地理位置優越，但非常嘈吵，因為隔音設備非常差，每晚去到凌晨兩三點，仍聽到街上酒bar音樂表演，員工態度亦不太友善。」

「Generally clean and well equipped 」

「when I take a shower, I heard a phone call at about 14:00 and 24:00. The second time when I pick up the phone. No voice ......... My feelling no good. 」

「由於當晩飛機延至凌晨四時才到達機場，向酒店提出要求更改接送時間，酒店也肯接受，司機態度不錯，房間乾淨，只是酒店的冷氣溫度不能自行調較，比較焗。」

「Very nice room」
