The staff are very helpful and friendly - we managed to check in at 12nn by paying an extra AUD$30 which is quite cheap compared to other hotels 😊"

"Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!"
