「This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival.
