Outstanding!! Can’t say how great this place is. I’ll try…..Roof top pool with city view. Full kitchen with extras. Hot tub!! But the best is the management. Responsive. He helped my time in Tulum better. I could not wait to review this place!!!

It was good property

Great apartment, clean, bright and spacious. Washer/dryer in unit a bonus. Quiet, convenient location to bus line. We’ll definitely return.

Went there for just 4 days but it is a Perfect place for a long stay too. Beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from bars and restaurants .

very quiet, very spacious, very clean i loved the half bathroom

Recomendado !!

I loved staying here! Everything I needed was in the room or within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great.

Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know.

Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...

The house was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and communications were smooth. They were able to accommodate our requests and gave good recommendations on restaurants. The only caveat is that it’s a little secluded but overall is safe. We use taxis everywhere on the island and it’s not expensive especially when split with others. The rooftop pool is quite nice. The third bedroom is on the terrace where the pool is. Because it’s on the high floor, it’s a little Warmer. I wish they...

We stayed at the Tan Ik Condos for 8 nights in November (we booked 9, but stayed overnight midweek elsewhere). It was an absolutely amazing stay! The staff onsite during the days were incredibly friendly and hard working. Both the rooms and the grounds were well taken care of. The beach area, while being small, is very private and beautiful. If entering the water, it is advised to either walk up or down the beach a little before entering. I would recommend this location based on its location,...

Great location and hotel

My wife and I were so glad we booked here! The owner Katia made our stay the best it possibly could be. If you are planning to come to Tulum, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

I stayed at one of Mi Tulum's two-bedroom apartments with my husband, my baby, and my parents to celebrate my birthday and now I want to stay there every year and celebrate my birthday with them. I was iffy about staying with them due to the lack of reviews, but I am so glad I booked to stay with them. Vanessa and I were in communication from boarding the plane from NYC to our arrival in Cancun to check-in, and throughout our stay. Vanessa is amazing! She took care of us like family and the...

Super clean and felt safe and easy off street parking

This is one of my favorite hotels in the whole PDC, Quintana Roo area of Mexico. This was my third time staying here and as a solo female traveler I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. I love the staff here; they're amazing! The rooftop is one of the most beautiful and peaceful spaces I've come across here. Steps away from the beach and a block away from 5th avenue, yet very quiet. Communication with the host has always been great for me. I love it here and I'm sure I will be back very...

Jolee and I stayed here 6 nights for an amazing great price. I will be coming back and with friends next time. You are walking distance from all the restaurants, beaches, and dolphins. If you purchase any of the Xcarat (i would also highly recommend) packages, you will have to walk to the dreams resort which is about a 5 minute walk. The owners of this B&B are great individuals and very helpful and knowledgable about the area. We were having issues getting our taxi on the way back to the...
