"スタッフさん達は、皆さんとても丁寧で親切でした。ただ、お部屋が少し古いのか、お部屋の中を歩くと、ギシギシと音がしました。あとは、お部屋のドアに、チェーンロックがなくて、ちょい不安でした。"

"客室の古さも感じました。 宿泊者特典もあったが、全て終了時間が早かった。 (カラオケ1時間無料とあるが 、21時までとか)。チェックイン15時からの時間でないと取れない。 フロントスタッフが笑いながら、私達に説明している姿に腹が立ちそうになりました。 また、お風呂入替え制でしたが、女性風呂時間に男性が入っていた。スタッフが注意をしてくれたが、そもそも、わかるようにインフォメーションしてほしい。 夕食バイキングでしたが、食材盛り皿の回りが、落ちていても気にならないスタッフでした。雄山閣は人には進めないと思いました。"

"落ち着いた雰囲気の旅館です。お料理が一工夫されていて、とても美味しかったです。 そして何より、温泉の温度が絶妙なお湯加減でした。 有難うございました。"

"We were blown away by how unique the whole experience was and how hospitable the hotel staff was. We were given slippers and traditional robes when we arrived and our luggage was carried to the room for us. Our room was very quaint with a whole tea setup prepared at the table. The dinner was an incredible, elaborate experience that we weren’t expecting. The gardens were beautiful and the hot springs were so relaxing. "
