「My room at West Bank Inn was a bit dated but very clean. The Inn had a very beachy vibe with a lakeside balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the shower felt really good...ample hot water with good pressure. There is also a Keurig with K-cups on the bottom level with 24 hour access and vending on the second floor. 「I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around...
