「After a small mix up with our room, which can happen anywhere, Abby, the property manager, worked swiftly to fix the issue. She was responsive to our texts and concerns, and handled it swiftly with kindness and professionalism, and was just incredibly sweet. The Inn was beautiful and had a lot of charm and character.
