"I agree with other reviews. Lovely smart hotel with very attentive staff, in a great location, with a shopping mall (Queens) and eateries close by in World Porters. The rooms are very large, as was the double bed (English super king size), comfortable beds but pillows too soft. Rooms are dated but it doesn’t spoil anything. Would stay again. There’s also a subway in Queens shopping mall with connections to Tokyo and Shin Yokohama stations."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"The hitel lication was a few mins from the train station. The receptionist was very nice and kind. The room was dated but the view was excellent. We stayed with 2 kids and they enjoyed the higher floor."
