"The hotel was amazing - good clean room, comfortable bed, private onsen - and the breakfast was a delightful addition. It's a healthy hike up the hill to the rest of the town of Gora, but they do offer a shuttle to the train station that cut down on the hike."

"This hotel was beautifully designed, clean and friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast buffet were full of a delicious variety of dishes. We chose the cable cars to get there which was a fantastic way of exploring the area from above, but the hotel’s shuttle was super convenient for our departure. "

"Love this hotel!!! Excellent customer service. Free water every day. Free coffee and tea, daily toiletries if you forget to bring yours. Great location only 8-10mins walk to Yokohama station. Lots if restaurants nearby. 7/11 store round the corner. It is quiet area away from hustle and bustle. Highly recommend."
