This capsule hotel was fun but a bit pricey for the experience. I thought that the women’s side had a sauna as well but I think it was just the men’s side! Nonetheless, I had a great experience here and I think every traveler should experience a capsule hotel at least once. It was pretty comfortable and close to Yokohama station which was convenient! I liked the ambience of the place.

The establishment is easy to locate. Staff are attentive and spoke English well, that made communication very smooth. Showers, bathroom and sleeping area are very clean, very quiet. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would choose this place again when i come to visit Yokohama.

Staff is friendly and can speak a bit of english if you don't know how to explain something in japanese. Everything's clean, locker and suitcase area accommodation is nice. It's right next to yokohama station, a lawsons, a lot of shopping malls, and a big nighttime scene.

Was my fist time staying at capsule hotel and was amazing. This has all you need and more. They provide sleepers , pijamas, lockers, anything. The capsule is just the right size so you don't feel trapped. Also, TV!

Good for a night or a couple of nights

It seemed like they have renovated everywhere but the beds. Maybe I am wrong, but everything looked updated except beds area. That is OK, but just heads-up not to judge by looking at these photos. Everyone has to check out by 10AM each time and get the same key again to re-check in there. I wanted the locker wider like some others mentioned in the reviews. I would prefer them give us a fresh set of towels, etc. ONLY upon request to be more eco-friendly. I would want ear plugs. Other than above, the shower was very good, very clean and well located. I found it was a good system in a way that the lockers are outside the bed rooms because some people are careless making noises with their luggage.
