Staff is courteous and helpful. The location is right next to the Yokohama Bay. You can see Mt.Fuji on a clear sunny morning. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Variety of restaurants onsite that were delicious and convenient.

The hotel is fairly new so everything is in a new condition. The rooms are a reasonable size (for Japan) and very clean.
