「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「After an awful first day and regretting Prebooking the next day. When I returned for another stay, things got even worse. My room was extremely cold and the TV wasn’t working. I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. When I mentioned the TV issue, I was dismissively told to “just watch the Turkish program.” I somehow got through the night, but breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. I asked for...

「This is not an hotel to me.. This is my greatest Home in İstanbul. I know every single person that takes care of us here by now and every single one of them like a family to me. I feel always welcomed, calm, comfortable, and safe here. Entire staff are above and beyond of any expectations with excellent relationship skills that resonate an amazing hospitality culture of a team work here. Not that you should but you MUST stay here.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」
