"シャワーの湯が出るのに少し時間が掛かりますが故障はしていません。清潔な部屋で3泊しました。リネン類も清潔です。無料のWiFiはありますが、電波状態は良いとは言えませんでした。奥まった部屋だから仕方なかったかも？フライト時間の関係で夜中にチェックアウトしましたが、快く処理してくれました。夜中で雨が降る日でしたが、ホテルの係員が荷物を運び出すのを手伝ってくれました。こじんまりして落ち着くホテルです。よい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました^_^"

"We had a really nice stay here. For the price we paid, it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which made it very easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but what really stood out were the staff, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price. We would happily stay here again."

We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us. The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal. A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi."
