「It is an older motel that has a lot of updates that have been done by a knowledgeable contractor. This is a clean place to spend a couple of nights at a low cost which was exactly what I wanted. If you want something fancy with a lot of amenities this is not a place to consider. This is an older area but I never felt threatened. 」

「After a terrible experience nearby, I made a last minute reservation here after reading the other reviews and we were not disappointed. They were able to accommodate us quickly and the room was very clean, well kept, the water pressure was great, water was hot, and AC was cold. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. 」

「We've looked at visiting this property for over a year, we finally decided to reserve a room. Let me say we were very pleased. It's very clean, quiet, great staff, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the Indian River was exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would change on our next visit is the room. Because I'm a light sleeper, the room on the first floor would not be my choice, due to it being to close to the kitchen and foye. The light shining through the window from the porch light...

「I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier! 」

「This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. 」
