「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and polite, the pool was clean. My son liked to see the fish swimming around the bridge. The room was clean with trashbags for the trash cans.」

「I’m very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and nowhere in the listing did it mention a $250 deposit for just one night. This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable.
