"This place is so beautiful the pictures can’t capture all of its beauty. The charm, style and architecture is luxurious and unique. All of the staff were friendly, patient and helpful with arranging tours and transportation. They cooked breakfast every morning which was tasty and convenient. The location is a short walk from the basilica and red tour bus stop which made it easy to visit tourist attractions in the area. "Central location but on the expensive side. We had a good room for the night we had booked but when we asked for late checkout the next day, they asked us to pack our luggage and moved us to a very tiny room, barely place to keep our bags and move about inside the room; no windows; they wanted to charge us half the same rate as for the larger room; music from the restaurant could be heard so we weren’t able to get the rest we needed before our night flight which was partly the reason for requesting a late checkout. They reduced the charge slightly but overall the extended time was not a very good experience. Ensure you get the room you book, yard rooms are probably not great. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooftop restaurant has good view of the city"
