"This was my first time in Japan and my stay at this hotel made my experience very smooth. It was close to the train station which was very convient. It is literally across the street from a 7/11 and other convenient stores incase I needed anything. The man who checked me in spoke very good English and explained the housekeeping policy. Pretty much everything is just like a hotel here in the US with its own Japanese influence. Highly recommended for those looking for a budget friendly, but comfortable choice. It was just me, but having a partner would have been doable. The bed/room is on the smaller side when compared to what you see in the US as with most things you find in Japan. But I dont pack a lot and dont spend a lot of time at the hotel except to rest/sleep. The room had a small fridge, a great bath/shower and plenty of plugs (2 pronge). No safe, so bring locks for anything you leave in the room while you are out."

"This property is on the perfect spot for travelers. They have everything . We were a party of 7 and we are all confortable and happy with our stay here. The manager Sugimori and her husband were very nice and accomodating . I think they own the place . They always made sure we were okay and we knows where to go and what train station to stop for our excursions not to mention the place is literally one minute walk to the train station. "Located at the far end of Adachi city, a couple of steps to Saitama prefecture and the Kenai river, and about a 10 min walk from Yatsuka station in Saitama. If you brisk walk, you could probably get to the station in about 7-8 mins. Hotel reception was warm and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!"
