This was our favorite hotel of our trip. The room and bathroom are both nice. We really liked the breakfast buffet. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest station (about 30minutes) but the walk is pretty and safe.

A charming and quiet hotel and the staff was very lovely and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel had very good food. I had options for breakfast lunch and dinner and also this hotel was attached to 7-Eleven so even when the restaurant was closed, I was still able to get some food as well.

The hotel is all good with convenient store inhouse. But it is located outside the city if u like quiet and not mind takeing bus to city 3 bus stops. u will love this hotel . beautiful decor and fresh refurbishment. all in all is good , Will come back again if i stay Tokyu.Love the garden infront of the hotel .

It was safe, but too far from the train station (about 20-25 minute walk) and there were not many decent restaurants within walking distance, if any. Otherwise, this hotel is PERFECT. Once you get to the train station, it's about 1:15-1:30 to get into various parts of central Tokyo, which isn't much longer than most other areas. Highly recommend, although there's another Mitsui Garden Hotel right next to the train station that I would definitely stay at instead if the rates were close. Thank you for a great stay!

Mitsui Garden Hotel Group has never fail to deliver. We have stayed in Multiple Mitsui Garden Hotels. All had very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms. Seperate bathroom and toilet. Reference to Mitsui Garden Hotel Parkside is a little far from Kashiwa no ha Campus Station. It is about a 20 minutes walk or alternatively you could take a bus which stops almost outside the hotel. In exchange there is a beautiful park across the road. Great for morning walks / jog. There is only a Seven Eleven which open until 11pm at the hotel. Shops and restaurants are mostly at the Kashiwa no ha campus station.

The room was great - clean, roomy, fresh, new. The people at the front desk were knowledgable and helpful. The downside is there is pretty much nothing around the hotel to do or go to. The hotel is surrounded by U of Tokyo campus. We went to the restaurant in the lobby when they opened and they said they are closed for a special event and that we should take a bus to a restaurant. A couple hours later, after taxi rides to and from a restaurant, we returned to find no activity in the restaurant even though their menu was out and they were open. Confusing and inconvenient to tired and hungry travelers.

Like everything in Japan, I suppose, it (room/whole property) was clean and exquisitely maintained. The staff was attentive, friendly and over the top courteous. Very relaxing location. It is a long walk from the train station at Kashiwanoha Campus(20 min), but I came to actually enjoy this walk. Breakfast was peaceful and enjoyable. Somehow, everything just tastes better there. Had doubts because of the distance at first, but came to be very happy with my choice. Would choose it again. Convenient, also has a 7 eleven attached to the lobby for(surprisingly) cheap and good quick meals, as well as an ATM. Never a worry about refilling my suica card. Note: There is actually a bus stop almost in front of the hotel to the station. It just takes 20 min during the day. I think it may change at night.(don't know-chose to walk)
