「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Breakfast was pretty average. The juice machine was broken as well as the waffle maker. Staff was pleasent. The pool was not available for use which is WHY we choose this hotel. They ran out of extra pillows when I called the front desk. There was dust all over the dresser in the bedroom. But we enjoyed our time despite these hiccups. 」

「We would stay here again, but the room tub, computer desk chair and sofa needed more cleaning. The front desk staff was all friendly especially Desiree and Bill. The breakfast was okay, there was two ladies working. The snaller lady was very professional amd went out her way to assist her, while the other women more heavier was rude at all times and watched you like a hawk. She didn't want to help with anything. But the other women was so accomodating. 」

「Great property - updated, clean rooms. Only complaint was a room on the busy street side (though I didn’t have any noisy neighbors so maybe that was a better trade off), and staff didn’t seem interested in engaging unless you forced eye contact. I would stay again. Convenient location and ample safe parking. 」
