「The hotel being new was a plus. The front desk staff was not accommodating as they could have been. We reserved the room months in advance and when we called the day before and the morning of to reiterate our wishes they would not try to help. The hotel was about half full at the most, but our desire to have a room near the elevator and high floor could not be fulfilled. 「Overall my stay was nice but a coffee maker in the room and clean floors in the room would've been better. My feet were filthy after walking around the room so I had to throw on socks so I wasn't getting into bed with dirty feet. Also, the rooms facing the parking lot need better black out curtains because there was too much light in the room all night.」
