「Ive stayed at this hotel several times and will keep coming back. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The pool was undergoing repairs and so not usable. Also, i had to call the desk for toilet paper, as we had only half a roll and no extras. Breakfast choices were really good, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Good experience overall.」

「We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Wilmington, NC and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful with a modern design and stylish furnishings that create a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room kitchen was a great feature. Having filtered water available was also a nice bonus. 「Breakfast area closed at 9 am and my daughter and I were there at 8:50 am and we were told things like pancake batter was gone. Machine for juice and water were tuned off and turned back on for the one type of juice that was left and water. I felt like this was a huge inconvenience by the staff member. I don’t think clean up and not providing food anymore should take place until a little after 9 if that is the cut off time. 」

「Love this series of Hilton Hotels. They got my family of 5 perfectly for short stays. Properties are airways clean and beds are on the better side of comfortability, compared to other hotel chains.」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
