「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「They have an amazing hot drink machine that makes delicious lattes and hot chocolates. It definitely saved us some money at coffee shops. The staff was wonderful and the pool/spa was a great time. We will definitely return if we are back in the area. 」

「I enjoyed my stay there , the workers in lobby are very helpful and friendly I did stumble across one of the front desk clerks saying me sitting on bench smoking made her look dumb which I had no problem with moving around but clerk was clocking out of work to leave so I’m not sure exactly what happened but other than that all the ladies individually were GREAT and I would definitely recommend them to people , great breakfast area , enough lounge carts , great snacks area along with alcohol all...
