Our room was spacious and comfortable with a first rate bathroom. We had a very enjoyable dinner, some lovely wine and a splendid breakfast. 「Deluxe Double Room, 1 King Bed: We stayed two nights, one in a nice room over top of the pool hall in the back, and another over top of the bar/restaurant facing the waterfront. Being off season, both rooms were quiet enough after bedtime, and we slept well. Internet was good. Breakfast was okay, good enough, but not up to the standards of a modern hotel buffet. Parking was easy, and everything in the town was only a very short walk away.」

「Really friendly staff and excellent food. Great location. Well stocked bar with plenty of choice, seating inside and out. Room was spacious but could have been cleaner, there were bits on the floor that made their way onto the pillows then the bed, hairs on the toilet and no soap in the container in the shower. Would definitely go back if ever in the area again.」

「The hotel was particularly quaint and uncommercial yet had everything that we needed. The food was excellent, however, there was no option for gluten free cereal which was a shame but there were plenty of other options available.」

「Looked ok in reception but that’s as good as it got , very out dated and not a great deal worked in the room . Very nearly boiled the kettle for a coffee in the morning before looking in it . Never seen anything like that before . When reeling off the stuff wrong with the room the staff were not bothered at all . Was charged £130 for the night and wouldn’t have paid £30 if I had a choice .」
