「What a great hotel. Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Room was lovely, clean, good value, great location and ambience, but the service and food were even better. I had early starts both mornings of my stay and it was not too much bother for Helen on the front desk and Paul?, the chef to open the kitchen slightly early for me. The food was wonderful and good value and Helen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what an independent hotel / restaurant should be like. Thanks...

「The bars where well stocked with a good variety of beers and wines. You also had a choice of two restaurants to dine from. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, again good variety and choice to suit your requirements. All in all, good value for money and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
