"What a fabulous stay at the Old Oak Tree...again! We've stayed here twice now and, whilst we stayed in 2 different rooms, they were both spotless with good quality furnishings. We had breakfast on both our visits...very good and plentiful - you won't leave hungry! The location is great, with a spacious carpark. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is attached to a fantastic pub...what more could you want? We will definitely be back."

"We had an excellent stay for 3 nights in a dog friendly room, with a tasty cooked breakfast each morning. The property was spacious and very well kept. The room was lovely, with a nice en suite bathroom. Amanda made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again. A perfect base between the Yorkshire Dales and the east coast."

"This cottage has a really nice vibe very clean and ideally situated for visiting Thirsk and the local communities. The market square is a few short steps away The railway station is a pleasant 30 minutes walk away, but it does have a bus service if the weather is not too good The cottage is spread over 3 storeys and is modern kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and sitting/living room is 1st floor and bedroom top floor.
