"Worst hotel experience I’ve had. The problems started before I even checked in. There was no self-parking available, only valet, which cost an outrageous $62 per day. I originally booked through Expedia without any issues, but when I needed to extend my stay, I booked the additional nights directly through the hotel. Because of events happening in town, the rate skyrocketed, and the cost of my room nearly quadrupled by the middle of the week. I understand rates can fluctuate, but it was extremely frustrating to pay around $400 a night for this level of service. To make matters worse, our room keys constantly stopped working. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, which became a daily inconvenience. On top of that, the hotel advertised a “free breakfast,” but when we went to the restaurant, we found out it wasn’t included at all and started at $22 per person. Between the overpriced valet parking, inflated room rates, repeated key card issues, and misleading breakfast information, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and value for the price and would not choose to stay here again"

"Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices."

"The property is well located in the heart of Seattle, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of our stay was the staff. They went above and beyond. Special shout out to Crystal at the front desk who took such good care of our family, including booking our shuttle service, restaurant recommendations, and overall helpful and friendly demeanor. "Our stay at the Maxwell StayPineapple was wonderful! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, and our waitress, Victoria, was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting interesting things to see. The hotel was such a close distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and the Monorail."
