「Large rooms. Nice appliances. 」

「Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up...

「Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Although they were unable to provide us the requested handicap accessible room, they did provide a shower chair and upgraded our room to a suite. Every employee we encountered was helpful and went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Will stay here again.」

「Very clean room, but common areas not as clean. Elevators dusty and dingy. Service at the front desk was sub par. 」

「Overall, the room and amenities was satisfactory. However, the were small disappointments such as the heater was noisy, sunlight came in around the window shades (no curtains), and the water tank for the coffee maker leaked. There were othe small irritants as well. I left a list at the front desk.」
