「Nice hotel except the indoor pool was too cold, no hot water.」

「They have really upgraded the hotel and it's very pretty. The rooms are comfortable, but we did have issues with the room temps. However, they sent maintenance over right away and fixed it. The only other this is the sidewalk around the pool is torn up and you cannot walk barefoot on it. The pool was clean and there were lots of shady trees and umbrellas. The restaurant and the Grace Jones Ballroom were both beautiful and the food was great. The have robes in the room, which are very cute, but...

「We had a wonderful stay here. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but others said it was good. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and large. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. Nice touch with the pool table in the lobby. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.」

「This quaint motel is an ideal spot for a quiet overnight stay. Tucked off from the main road with on street parking in front and a lot in back of the building. The staff is really friendly from the young lady at check-in and AJ, who made me feel welcomed and was a delight to chat with. My room was clean, pest-free and included a microwave mini-fridge, tv with cable channels a comfy bed and hot shower which was all I needed. 「Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.」
