Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. "I'm a New Yorker and I have always noticed the sign above the hotel.....the sign is intriguing and typical Manhattan. Right across from Lincoln Center, thus I had a direct view of a special evening for the summer festivals. The hotel has some of their old character yet it is up to date."

A Great Place to Stay

"The location is great! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was functioning correctly, with the exception of keeping the water temperature regulated in the shower. Also, the elevators are slow! Otherwise, it's a great place ... and we would stay there again."

"The hotel is in a fantastic area to walk everywhere or take the subway. Staff were awesome as well. The rooms need updated hence 4 stars on property section. No issues or concerns while there. We appreciate that the staff out front let us know NOT to use the pedal cart people! Ty for that valuable info. "

"There was a drip coming under the bathroom sink that seemed pretty minor but by morning it had soaked all new folded towels on the shelf under the sink and flooded onto the bathroom floor. I went to tell the front desk because there's no phone number to call on the non working phone on the hotel room but the line was 75 people deep due to a national dance competition in town. However, later in the morning we ran into our sweet housekeeper that had seen the issue and she let us know that she contacted the engineer dept. The following day the drip leak was gone. Unfortunately, two days later it was back again. I think maybe you need to really fix the pipe in the bathroom or room #4006. Everything else we experienced was wonderful! We loved this hotel. It was Soo convenient to musicals and restaurants and tourist activities. We will definitely book here again in the future."
