「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」

「This was a great stay all around. I would say the only issue we came across was at the AC unit had very loud buzzing noise that happened about once an hour and lasted for about 10 minutes at a time other than that this hotel was very clean. 」

「I booked this hotel based on a friends recommendation and had an overall good experience. The building and the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I could complain about is that the charging port between the beds did't work and that there should be more ports to charge inbetween the beds. I didn't get their names but the two ladies working the night shift on thursday the 28th were extremely nice to us 」
