「The downstairs is a bar at night, keep that in mind if on a family trip. If staying on the back side of the hotel the bar smoking area is on that side, and the conversation noise can be a problem.」

「Staff was very friendly. Room was nice enough, and clean. Shower was weird, open without a sliding door. Hair dryer in room got too hot on the handle. Would be nice if hotels, in general, would provide enough lighting in the bathrooms for people over 50 to be able to see to apply makeup, or anything else.」

「We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. 」

「The room was clean manager at desk was great. She was short on staff and she was helping get rooms cleaned. She was very professional and cordial even though some of the other travelers were getting frustrated that rooms weren’t ready.」

「Great air conditioner, appears to be a new unit, room was recently updated, carpets bathroom and everything appeared to be new. 」

「Parking was full due to electric company trucks/trailers taking up multiple spaces around the entire property. How about having them park in the back?」

「We stayed 3 nights and not one day did we receive housekeeping services, no extra towels, especially after requesting. Very dirty, lack of staff support and customer service. Very disappointing.」

「Our stay was a deluxe cabin. Check in was easy and is all online. There isn’t an office or staff on site. The grounds are peaceful and each unit has its own little spot. The cabin was in great condition, was very clean, and had everything we needed, including some kitchen amenities that made the room more enjoyable.
