「Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.」

「Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. Some people were noisy at night (talking constantly while other people were trying to sleep). Top bunk bed had convenient stairs to get in easily.

"Convenient location just opposite to Iconsiam. So classy, spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful open view of the shopping mall and the river. Staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool on a higher level so you can enjoy a spectacular view while relaxing."
