Cleanliness was impeccable. Great service including restaurants and the Bamboo Bar. Khun Wa Sin who serves dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor is provides excellent service.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend

My wife and I found the hotel, the staff, the concierge, restaurants and pool as well as our room beat all of our expectations. It really was fantastic and if you love a great cup of coffee the cappuccino at the veranda restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere in the world.

I have been in a few Mandarin Oriental Hotel and this one stands out, it was a surprise trip for a birthday and the staff was very professional and creative with how they can make our stay as special as possible. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and want to make you feel comfortable without the feeling that it is faked. Also the concierge service was superb, helping in advance secure hard to get Michelin restaurant places last minute and suggesting good activities for the rainy days. The free shuttle to the iconsiam and the spa is very comfortable to get over the river and get within walk-ing distance to great places also for kids. The bamboo bar live performance and the incredible spa should be on everyone's list for the stay at this hotel. We visited a few bars and the vibe in this one is incredible!

Top Hotel Fantastic rooms No noice , Top bed, bathroom, climates without noise. If I have to find a detail defect , to go to the SPA WE HAVE TO CROSS THE RIVER , but for such a Top Hotel SPA should be renovated. Breakfast and dinner Top quality food fantastic buffet.
