Good for 1 night.

The hotel is located at the end of an alley - Next to 3 (very) busy roads. Let me start by saying that all the staff are nice and very welcoming. :-) Breakfast is good - there's eggs, ham, sausages, bread, orange juice, coffee, jam... The entrance of the hotel is right in the restaurant so it smells like food when you arrive (which is unpleasant). The rooms are small - the bed (although very comfortable) takes all the room there is. The AC works fine but is top noisy to sleep with it on. The room looks old and gives off a dirty vibe when you enter (although it's CLEAN) - The ceiling doesn't look finished, the toilet bowl moves around when you sit down, the pressure in the shower is HORRIBLE and it changes constantly between hot/cold... It's noisy - the walls are thin, the windows don't block any sound coming from the streets... It's good for one night.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Walking distance from the BTS. The restaurant on site is surprisingly good. The German shepherd at the front of the property is adorable and loves belly rubs. I enjoyed my time and it is a quiet hotel and perfect for a solo stay! The bed is really comfortable. The location is pretty good If you’re comfortable using cabs or transit. The neighborhood is walkable as well. The room is comfortable, but not the best soundproofing from the hall, you can hear people and staff. The bathrooms could use a little updating, as they look worn but overall nice enough. My shower was having issues and I let them know and it was fixed the next day! Staff is very responsive :)

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, good shower, very pleasing colour scheme in the rooms. A little far from the sites, but there is a metro station just down the street. The only negative was that the rooms were a bit small, and there was no gym or pool, but that's not the end of the world.

BTSや国鉄の駅に近く、利便性の高い立地です。周囲には小さなマーケットが点在し、屋台料理も存分に楽しめます。施設は新しく清潔で、スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで温かみのある対応をしてくれます。選べる5種類の朝食も、どれも美味しく満足感があります。さらに、看板娘のジャーマンシェパードが愛らしく出迎えてくれるのも、特別な癒しのひとときです。ただ、防音性がやや低いため、静寂を重視する方やゆったりとしたホカンスを楽しみたい方には向かないかもしれません。それでも、3つ星ホテルとしては十分に満足のいくクオリティです。

BTSの駅から歩いてすぐで711もすぐ近くにあり食堂もなかなか美味しい。部屋はとてもきれいで申し分ない。 ホテルからタクシーはドンムアンまで550THB、スワナブーンまで500THBと金額を表示してくれている。

Enjoyable stay

The location is a little out of the way unless you enjoy visiting saphan tuksin river areas. It's very near to the Wongwian Yat bts and there's a 24h mini mart nearby. Would prefer harder pillows.

The location was very convenient, right next to the bts station and a few minute's ride from the local market and Icon Siam shopping mall. The food was good: Thai and continental options for breakfast were available on top of fruit, toast and yoghurt. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. They would also arrange taxi ride to the airport if you need it (about 500 baht, a little expensive). You can check out anytime, even late at night.
