"Breakfast doesn’t start till 8 and we had an event to be at by 9 both days so didn’t get the full experience which was a shame, not the hotel’s fault tho"

"Breakfast was terrible. No cups,cutlery and no food left. Total rubbish.If it’s included in the cost it’s ok.Do not pay extra for it There is a Mcds and a service station attached with plenty of reasonable eateries."

"The admin on site was not organised and they weren't sure if we had a room . we had apparently overpaid by £13. The room was clean and breakfast good. Lots of hot water for showers baths etc"

"The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. ."

"Parking was excellent plenty of spaces. There was no chef so wasn't able to get anything to eat not even offered a sandwich and lift was broken but gentleman on reception did offer to help with any luggage"

"A great overnight stay at The Bluebird. We were attending a wedding nearby. Close to the motorway, but in a quiet area. The room was a good size & had everything we needed. We requested an iron & ironing board, and the team brought it up. We wanted food in our room & had to order this downstairs in the bar, wait and bring it up. Not an issue, but the option for room service would have been welcomed. The staff were all very friendly, helpful & welcoming. "
