「Can’t praise the staff here enough . Very friendly and considerate. Arrived early so had some lunch before check in and food menu caters for all. Breakfast was equally delicious. I would definitely return here with future trips to the area. Well done everyone 🤗」

「Premier inn i Blackburn Town center er av høy standard sammenliknet med andre engelske hotell og overnattingssteder. Hotellet hadde også vært av god standard i Norge. Ligger midt i byen rett over veien for togstasjonen, med shopping og det byen har å by på 5 minutter gange fra hotellet. Skal du se fotball ligger busstopp rett utenfor hotellet og man bruker drøye 5 min opp til Ewood park. Hotellet serverer frokost til en overkommelig pris og personalet er svært serviceinnstilte. 「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
