「Very good value. Comfortable, clean, nice freshly cooked breakfast.」

「The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. .」

「A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....

「Room cleanliness was okay — you get what you pay for. My main issue was the amount of noise inside the hotel itself. For the last couple of nights of my stay, there was heavy music and loud conversations continuing into the early hours of the morning, which was completely unacceptable for a hotel environment. Sleep was almost impossible. I also got the impression that the hotel may be being used as sheltered emergency accommodation through the local council, which may explain the constant...

「Property is easy to locate, but details of check in is delayed, . I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened.」
