"My only complaint is that there is mold (and a broke jet) in the jetted tub room. I didn't have a drain stopper either, and was told they don't have any extra either. When turning on the jets, a very bad aroma fills the bathroom, but does go away after roughly 10 minutes. Service was polite and as helpful as they could be."

"I reserved one night for a family visit and needed a handicap accessible room. The first room was wheel chair accessible and beey spacious but it smelled like urine. Called downstairs to front desk the lady hungup on me before i finished explaining my problem, so we packed up and went to the frontdesk. She was not very pleasant but I did get another room with a low tub that did not smell like urine and was a good replacement. The walls are thin so you will hear the guests above you and...

"Great locations, I didn't like no microwave in room, four packs of coffee all decaf, don't drink decaf also brought my 5 lb Yorkie, charged $75.00 plus tax dog not able to sit on couch with us and couldn't warm food. I understand charging 25.00 and a refundable deposit if no damage. My dog was in crate. Also found a pair of socks, so room not checked very well when being cleaned."
