The hair dryer broke in my room, it was replaced in less than 10 mins, amazing service thank you. Generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend your hotel.

The plumbing 'gurgled' for some time after use and the sink drain had a dirty smell that could be stopped by running water in it.
