Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5
Room untidy, missing basic elements. Staff on check in very helpful, on check out they were busy chatting and only noticed me as I put my Key in the box. Wi-Fi was passable, bathroom was terrible mouldy cracks in grout and not toilet paper.
