「The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a little bit cheap and cheerful, but you get what you pay for. I wasn't execting the Ritz. For the price that I paid, I was really happy with the service and comfort of the room.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...

「Just back from a great stay at this lovely hotel. Right in the centre of Brighton with the I360 right in front of you and fab sea views. Staff were just lovely, friendly and very helpful. Room was small but great use of space with the en suite bathroom and with the added extra of a small balcony, it was lovely.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again 」
